Kirkfields, Chirnside

We are now developing again in Chirnside. There will be twelve detached houses, on a site with an excellent southerly aspect towards the Cheviots, in an edge-of-village location.

These homes are high-specification, Norwegian, timber-frame properties, to be delivered in partnership with Borders-based Fjordhus. With good levels of energy efficiency built-in, a range of renewable energy solutions is also available, as optional extras, to make a property even more 'energy-lean'.
