berwickshirelimited is a leader in the research, development and deployment of renewable energy in residential and commercial buildings. We are part of the Berwickshire Housing Association group of companies, and our expertise focuses on property development , project management and future energy solutions .

Alastair Brown (Director of Operations) leads the company and has extensive experience in the development and use of green technologies and renewable energy systems. Alastair is a natural collaborator, known for his ability to deliver innovative projects on the ground.

berwickshirelimited is known for making projects happen; taking ideas from inception to reality, and delivering practical, workable solutions that meet clients’ needs, within tight time-scales.

We provide ‘turnkey’ renewable packages, managing the whole process from site assessment, through to recommendation of solutions and systems design, to installation, commissioning and follow-up stages.

We provide bespoke solutions that make best use of emerging technologies in both new and existing buildings. We can also assist clients in securing Government grants (where available) to help with costs of installation.

As a registered NHBC (National House Building Council) developer, we create homes across the property spectrum, ranging from ‘affordable’ starter homes to individual, bespoke family properties. In addition, we make all of our properties eco-energised and eco-friendly.

We are also active collaborators, with many commercial, governmental and educational partners. This enables our cutting-edge installations to be developed as joint ventures, drawing on a powerful and diverse range of industry expertise.
